Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be initiated within Thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the receipt or proof of purchase attached.

Important: As DigitLicense sells digital software licenses, a "return" means the license key must not have been activated or used. Once a key has been activated on a device, it cannot be returned.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least three (3) business days from the date we receive your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

Refunds will be issued only if our support team is unable to resolve the issue. Before processing a refund, we may request remote assistance via AnyDesk to verify and attempt to resolve the problem.

For Microsoft 365 products, warranty and support duration are specified on each product page. After this warranty period expires, only Microsoft Support can address subscription-related issues.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange a refund or exchange.

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Software license keys that have already been activated or redeemed
  • Products purchased during a sale or at a discounted price (unless defective)
  • Orders where the warranty period has expired

Allow us to resolve the issue

Our team will attempt to resolve the issue first. We may request remote assistance via AnyDesk to verify the problem.

Refund processing

If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will process your refund within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
